3.80m33, confused

ok i've attempted the update many times, and finally i used Keycleaner and patched Key 5, but for some reason it still gives me the "system configuration is not correct..." error message.

help?

I havent updated yet but what portion of the upgrader do you get to? Does the program boot? Does it stop in the middle of flashing and then give you that message?

Make sure that your on 3.71 kernel as well.

i get to the "start" button but before i can click it it displays a message that says my system configurations arent correct

it boots, its not an issue with the program because i updated another psp with it.

hmmm, try formatting your flash1 in recovery. Flash1 is basically your saved settings/configurations...so when you format it, its like resetting it.

well i recovered my psp to 1.5 then updated to 3.52m33-3, then used the 3.80m33 update and it worked.
