Stereo off?

Im in need of a program or instructions in which I can disable the psp's stereo system. In this way if my headphones are unplugged the people surrounding me cannot hear what I was playing/watching/listening. Thanks.

He wants to be able to listen to the music through the headphones but if they accidentally come out, he doesn't want there to be volume, or he wants to have a quick mute button to turn the sound off. I guess pressing start real fast would stop whatever is playing to not make any noise.

If you mostly use your PSP with headphones you could disconect or remove the speakers. I do not know of another way.
