3.80m33-3 and 3.80m33-4 released

Two more updates now available from DAX.

PSP FW History: Bought a Daxter Slim PSP with 3.60 OFW -> 3.71 OFW -> 3.72 OFW -> 3.73 OFW -> 3.80 OFW (YEAH RIGHT!) -> Pandorawned -> 3.71m33-2 -> 3.71m33-3 -> 3.71m33-4 -> 3.80m33 -> 3.80m33-2 -> 3.80m33-5 -> 3.90m33 :)

... by the way the only reason I had OFW for so long was because I was waiting for my Pandora to arrive.

- Fixed synchronization issue that plugins check code caused in PSN NP9660 original games (fixes 0x80010013 error)
- Added a couple of libs to the nids resolver.
- Added some internal changes required by incoming 3.80 popsloader plugin.
