sumbody in the forums said i could upgrade frm ofw 3.80 2 3.80m33 but its not working PLZZ HELP

Whoever said you could misinformed you.

Depending on your psp model (slim or fat).

The only way to downgrade slims is with despertar cementario.
Fats you would have to use pandoras battery.
