Windows 98

Isnt there a Basilisk program or something for Windows 98?! My friend has 98 on his PSP and can play stuff like Star Craft and things. WTF?! I've been looking for Windows 98 for the PSP, but can't find it. Can someone give me a link if they know a source?
Or at least tell me how I can use the Basilisk but have Windows 98 on it instead of OS. Also, another request is if someone knows how I can play PC games on the PSP. I know I have to find an ISO, but where can i find it?
Zombie + Fire = X3 XD

All I know is if you mod this program properly you can run 98 on a PSP

I understand that Windows98 runs very slow with this program. I think you would be best to ask your friend the name of the program and google more info on it then post it on this site.
