Brew for slim 3.80 M33-5 (noob questions)

ok, ok, I'll admit it, I'm a noob. I bought my first psp ever last weekend. this psp happened to be a slim. I, however am a little experienced hacker/brew user of consoles. I've modded my wii and PS2.

So, on to my question/s. what brew is out there for 3.80 M33-5 on the slim? like, I play ISO's of backup psp games, but, I just don't know how to do anything else. I would personally love to remote desktop (vnc) but, again, I can't find/ don't know how to do it. and also, for PSX games, do I need a emulator? and for like NES emulators and so on, are there any that work well and actually work on 3.80 M33-5? finally, my last question, I've seen everywhere that ahmen will be posting/finish irshell for 3.80 M33 in the next couple days, but does anyone have any more info than that? I've refreshed the irshell forum like every hour, because my biggest thing I want to do is listed to my music wile I play a game, since the ISO I have are cleaned of cinematics and burnout is cleaned of music.

I ever did use irshell much though, I tried to play music while I played games but I couldn't get it to work, its just too much stuff to look at.
