snes emulator trouble

ok so i have tried many differant emulators and saving it to many differant places. basicly help i want to run an snes emulator. I have 3.9 m33-3 and iv installed 1.50 kernel addon fro 3.90 v2. what is a good emulator for snes where can i get it and i think most importantly how do i get it on my psp and running. On a some what simmaler note why do some files have % at the end and what is the GAME150 folder for. thanks for answering noob questions

Emulators with two folders with one ending with the % sign, means you need to put them in your GAME150 folder and then the EMU (emulator) will load.
