Just because you semi-bricked don't mean you can put yur title in caps sheese. Not to mention it's technically against the rules.
Can you access the recovery menu? (Turn off psp completely then turn it back on while holding the R-trigger) Also, were you trying to use a random flash0 modification or were you using the themes made for 3.90M33-3? The kind you stick on your memory stick and select from the menu on your psp.
