can you disable the psp analog stick completely

I wanna know if its possible to disable to analog on a fat psp cause when i walked away while originally adding custom firmware he decieded to start stabbing the analog with a pen now it moves around while i play.... i dont really wanna open of the system its self because i dont wanna touch something wrong is there a program or something around that which could deactivate it?

nah, you cant bypass it...unless you know how to program PCB boards...your best bet (even though you dont want to do it) is just to open up your psp and replace it...unless the damage is minimal enough that all you need to replace is the nub.

the damage is extreme its like pushed into the system and it freaks out when i start a game

#1 I definitely reccomend you open your PSP and take a look. It will help occasionally.
Also, I feel that you should remove the metal clip inside of the analog stick(Not the outer metal clip.

#2 Joysens will allow you to disable the analog stick completely.
Or, you can use your very best math skills, and logic, to fix¹ the analog stick using joysens.

¹ - You can make joysens interperate the input differently, but you cannot fix a hardware issue, of this nature, with software.
