PSP Slim aggravation!

Ive got my pandora battery and my magic mem.

ive tried two different versions of both just to make sure, but when i put them both into my buddies slim it doesnt read the memstick.
but when its in the phat it pops up just fine?
its been the same way twice now.

any ideas?
im suspecting that the psp may be too new cause of that new mother board. but im not all that sure.

whats that gunna do cause im just doin this out of the kindness of my heart...and this kid is expecting to play isos when he gets it back and if im not mistaken chickhen doesnt allow that.

Yeah the motherboards in the newer psp slims ( even 2000s ) are supposedly unhackable.

*edit*

never mind read up on chickHen.

yea not going to be doing that.
not point in doing it. thanks tho.

On most psp slims when using a mms the screen will light up but stay black. Just make sure you hit O not X or it will just flash whatever regular firmware instead of CFW.

psp slim 5.00m33-6 :)
