speeding up 16gb sony mms

i have a genuine 16gb sony mms. i ripped all my games into my mms. my only problem is that the thumbnail of the game always have to reload after i exit the game menu. is there any way to make them remember what icon is which so i dont have to wait for them to load every time? thanks

I know there is a Speed feature on 5.00 M33, but I've never used it.
