Looking for libraries/APIs

I'm looking for libraries, APIs, or help documents on the following to begin work on three projects that have caught my interest. Note that all are coding-related - I'm not asking how to use anything.

PSP Wifi
PSP Threading (is it POSIX or something else? Does it even exist?)
Any unusual deviations of C for the PSP from the usual C standard for PC architectures.

If anyone has any information, that would be great.

I'm already in touch with the guys at pspprogramming, just wondering if there were any coders lurking around here, too. :)
