So I'm using snes9xtyl-(whatever) among other programs, and a lot of these have the first folder "snes9xtyl" and the second folder "%snes9xtyl". Now of course these can't run without each other, but is it possible to hide the 'corrupted data' output you get from the "%snes9xtyl"? I like to keep my PSP tidy. In recovery mode I have 'hide corrupt icons' set to enabled, but that doesn't seem to do the trick.
