Help me please

HI THERE, HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP.
I HAVE DOWNGRADED MY PSP FROM 3.03 TO A 1.50 AND IT WORKED FINE FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS THEN SUDDENLY I TURNED IT ON AND IT WAS BACK TO 3.03..( I KNOW..WEIRD).
WENT THROUGH THE PROCESS OF DOWNGRADING IT AGAIN BUT THIS TIME INSTEAD OF RESETING GTA,IT GETS TO THE LOADING SCREEN THEN JUST SHUTS DOWN.
CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP....

homebrew does not work anymore. to be honest only just learneing about this stuff just got a step by step guide off a m8 which worked for a while then as i said just went back to 3.03,
gta just will not reset, it just turns off,

any ideas....please
