N64 R11 help! I'm lost...

I have just purchased an older psp so that I could try the whole homebrew scene... but..:(
I jumped the gun and went directly to custom firmware 3.40.
I've DLed a few emulators but can't get any to work.
I don't know what to do with the source files.

Your going to have to place both the n64 folders (daedalus and daedalus%) inside your game150 folder. You then place all your roms inside the roms folder which is located inside the daedalus folder. Hope that helps.

The source files aren't needed. And are you sure that you installed custom firmware 3.40? - or regular "Sony 3.40"?

its definately custom firmware because i can run the R4 release of daedalus... maybe im missing something. I downgraded to 1.5 then upgraded to 3.4... are there any additional things i need to do to run other programs???

I had to boot into recovery mode and change it to use the 1.5 kernel instead of whatever it was set to...

how do i do that and what are the chances that it'll brick... ya see, its not running genesis, nes, snes, but regular gameplay (umd) is fantastic! I've also gotten the mame and neo geo emus to work but still haven't figured out how to load the roms...

i think you downloaded the wrong pack....use the one from this link http://www.pspbrew.com/?page=fileInfo&cid=&d=4855
then just place the files where i stated earlier. You dont need to switch the kernel either.
