New to the game. Need some help.

After a long time of searching and punching walls I finally got my firmware to 1.50. So far I have figure out how to load the brewpacks into the PSP and run them with my collection of roms. Well now I want to play some PSP games. I scanned thru countless pages of the tutorial forum to no avail. I know its there somewhere, I'm just not exactly sure what tutorial I should be looking for. I understand I need to download and install a UMD Loading program, but am unsure how. I'm sorry that I had to waste forum space asking, but is there a tutorial explaining how to play my downloaded PSP games? If not, would someone give me a quick lowdown on the subject? (I really want to play RE:3)
Yes, I know all about it.

First of all, welcome to the forum ;) You say you'd like to play "PSP games" but then talk about RE:3 - so I am guessing you meant to say PS1 games?

If so, there IS a tutorial for playing ps1 games. I'd know, I wrote it myself - however, I didn't include it in the "Master Tutorial List" because it is outdated now. Here's what I suggest.

In our Tutorial section there is a Master List. Open that and find the tutorial for upgrading to custom firmware 3.03 oe-c. Use it. There is a ps1 emulator (made by Sony) built straight in to the psp for that firmware.

To get the ps1 games, there are two ways to do it.

1. You can copy the games from your own collection to your computer, then use a program called "popstation GUI" to make them playable on the psp

or

2. You can download them illegally online. It is our forum rule that says we are not allowed to post links to where to have access to these downloads, but I am allowed to tell you that you can get them from P2P programs (peer to peer) and torrent sites. Beyond that, it gets iffy as to what I can say in the public. You can private message members here for more information.
