psp eloader with firmware 3.02

hi guys, according to this one post, i'm new here and i have a quick question. i have pspgenesis in my gamefolder, and i made a ROMS folder for it, including a game that's still zipped. so here's the problem, will eloader work with my 3.02 firmware. i'm just wondering because when i get programs like devhook there's all this crap that i gotta do just to get the software to work. i'd like to get these games working as soon as i can

eloader will not work on 3.02, and it's not needed anyways. You can upgrade to 3.03 and use the 3.03 downgrader to get to version 1.50. Then, I'd suggest upgrading to custom firmware 3.03 oe-c. There are tutorials in our Tutorials section that will walk you through these delicate processes.
