Video Conversion Help w/ SUPER

Ok, so I downloaded DVD Decoder, and SUPER, and ripped Sin City...It worked good, the rip was clean and sounds good. Now I want to put it on my PSP. In SUPER, there are many options that I am wondering about...Firstly, Scale size; what resolution is the psp? 480x576...? What screen ratio is it? 16:9? 4:3? How many frames per second should I be running? I'm guessing its better to lower the sound frequency to save some space, but how low should I go without it sounding terrible? There are 3 audio codecs I can use: AAC, AMR Narrow, AMR Wide. If anyone has used this program, or knows about these options I could greatly use the help!! Thanks!

Ive used this program, I read the tutorial on ripping dvds and converting them to mp4. It is done...I followed the steps in putting it on your psp...It is in the MP_ROOT>>100MNV01 folder and still no luck. Frustration sets in and you want to smash the dang thing.

In the root of your memory stick make a folder titled VIDEO and place the mp4 in there.
