Trouble downgrading v.2.0 to a 1.5

First off I am very new to downgrading and homebrew so please bare with me. Ok I have a non-ta -82 psp. The version is 2.0, I downloaded the 2.0 to 1.5 downgrader from hackingpsp.com the first thing I did was put the eboot.pbp in the UPDATE folder within the GAME folder, next I copied frame_buffer.png into the PHOTO folder then I saved it as my wallpaper the black screen came up with the discoloration on the lower right side this is were my problem comes in, the two files I'm supposed to copy in the root directory the index.dat and h.bin. The index file copied in the root folder but when I tried the h.bin file a box popped up saying (error copying file or folder)inside that box another message saying( the system cannot find the file specified) I click the ok button a third message popped saying (the target cannot handle this type of document). Everytime try to copy h.bin those boxes wit the messages keep coming up, I would really appreciate anyone advice on what to do.

Also you are very lucky to still be at firmware 2.00, should make downgrading super easy.

First upgrade your psp to firmware 2.71

Once you download the file above, plug in your psp via usb and in the root of your memory stick go to
the folder titled PSP. In that folder you should see some other folders, one in particular the GAME folder.
Double click that folder and once you are in the GAME folder make a new folder and title it UPDATE.
Place the file you downloaded in the folder you just created, then rename it to EBOOT.PBP Unplug the usb cord, then search for the 2.71 Update on your memory stick.

After you are at firmware 2.71 you just follow this tutorial to get to firmware 1.5

I appreciate all the help I have one ? Ilooked behind the umd tray and didn't see any numbers or letters so i don't have a ta-082 can I still use the upgrader

Aiight, first off thanks for the ones who posted their advice for helping me downgrade a 2.0 to a 1.5 I was very successful now I need your helps again, downloadin homebrew emu's I do have a backup disc that contains irshell31 folder,the snes,nes,and segagen emulator and roms that a friend of mine did for me how do I install all the contents on this disc onto the psp

You just have to drag the two emulator folders into the GAME150 folder in the PSP folder.
