TA-082 downgrade with GTA:LCS

I have a white PSP bought back in January and I stupidly updated the FirmWire to 2.81 with GTA:VCS before I knew about all this homebrew stuff.

I have a copy of the original GTA:LCS coming soon (the original, ULES-00151).

Is it safe to downgrade using this method with my PSP? I'm only asking because in the back of my mind, it's bugging me that my PSP might have a different motherboard to the standard black ones or something even though it has the IC1003 printed on it.

Its safe...that process of downgrading is compatible with every motherboard out to this date. The motherboards all come from the same manufacturer... sony.
