HOw to install HCPortal v1.2 on my psp

I downloaded the program, when I upzipped the folder where do I put the hcportal folder. What is the root of the psp. Where do I put the hcportal folder

The root of the psp is the first window that pops up...it'll have the folders PSP, MP_ROOT, and a couple others... just plop it in there. If you need a picture to show you i can post one.
