Help! Ad-hoc feature doesn't work

EVERY PSP IVE SEEN HAS DONE THIS


yes.. almost every psp ive seen.. the wlan goes out for about 2 months but then it works again randomly.
im being serious. a LOT of psps do this.

i say wait it out.

are you trying to connect nationwide with the psp? because thats infrastructure mode. Ad-hoc is where you
play with other psp's thats CLOSE to you.

The wlan is for internet and ad-hoc, right? my internet is still working, so how could the ad-hoc not work? Sorry for this quite-noob question.

I'm guessing by this bit right here that your trying to play an online multiplayer. You need to switch to infrastructure mode. Ad-hoc mode is for playing with someone about 5 feet away from you. Infrastructure is the internet/online multiplayer mode.
