for you to have that gameboot on your psp you have to go to recovery mode and go to flash0 but theres a better way for you to put gameboots in your psp.

Go to your Recovery Menu(hold the "R" TRIGGER when you on your psp) select Advanced and Toggle USB (flash 0).
Before you toggle the flash O make sure your USB is connected.
Okies once you toggle your flash0 a window will pop up. Choose open folder to view files.
From there you will see folders go to vsh folder and open the resource folder.
In the resource folder you will find the gameboot file.
If you already have a gameboot that you like and want to put it in your psp, all you have to do is copy and paste it in to the resource folder and the gameboot you want will replace the old gameboot.
Before doing any of the stuff I told you, make a backup file of the flash0 just in case you screw up.
And if you still don't understand what I just told you go ask someone else who can explain much better then me cause I lack the skill of explaining thoroughly.
Check the tutorial section, I know there is a tut on this. Sorry man I'm just lazy to look for the tut link for this.
Also if your wondering where can you get that gameboot.pmf file I have no clue where the last time i got it.
