and to downgrade just use the pandora's battery thing
its uber simple

Just use Pandora's Battery thing.

He needs a homebrew enabled psp to be able to create the battery.

becuase you need to use the folder like FOLDER and FOLDER% or somthing that goes in the game150 folder

I thought you could borrow somebody else's psp that has like version 1.5 and then do it.
