why my psp cant update to 3.71??

it shown " the game could not be start"

how to solve???

What firmware are you using?
This is a sig. You may think that there is something to it, but in fact it is just an ordinary sig.

Also are you trying to upgrade to the custom firmware or official firmware/

It happens because you downgraded and your motherboard was patched during the downgrade...Sony incorporated a idstorage check in 3.30 so anyone trying to update to sony firmware 3.30 or above will get the error you just stated. You can fix this by using the idstorage keyfixer.
