Need Direction, currently 3.3

Hey guys, I made the mistake of upgrading like 6 months ago to 3.3. I believe I have a TC1003, I tried to make the change to custom firmware back when but failed. Hoping to get some direction on what I should do at this point. I heard that I can upgrade to 3.5 and downgrade from there to 1.5.

That said, I have no clue where to start. I checked the tutorial section but am very hazzy on what exactly I should do to ensure success. Could a wise PsP brewers give me a hand? Where do I start? How to I make sure I dont mess up? And am I right that I can upgrade to 3.5 and then downgrade to 1.5?

Thanks for the help in advance,

pqumsieh

- I posted this in the wrong section, hope my other post gets deleted.

Well if you look in the tut section there will be a tut called (Pandora's Battery) follow that tut and you will be at 1.5 then upgrade to cfw. Also you will need a new mem stick and a new battery to be able to do this.

That sucks, I have to buy another battery and memory stick. Im too poor! What about using that luminies exploit, I just saw that. Whats up with that?

Also, what should I upgrade 2 when I get to 1.5? Could you provide a link to the custom firmware as well please?

Cheers,
pqumsieh

What are you talking about .yunoko? Once you do Pandora its fine when you restore them back. No need to go out and buy a new batter or memory stick( as long as its 128 mb+)

Run the battery installer and save the eeprom. Then convert the battery. Then after your done with pandora run the installer again (you will ahve the start the psp with the charger connected) and put the eeprom back in (i forgot what button u press).

it looks like he is going to use the 3.50 downgrader with Lumines. It should hardly cost anything at the store now. Once you get that, just follow the tutorial.

advent, you do know they jacked the price up on Lumines when Noobz found the exploit and ALSO the newer sent out Lumines block that exploit. So the best way for him to get the game is off of Ebay.

Is that rolling of the eyes being disrepectful!!!!!!

lol

yep, they sent out new ones. I still think Pandora is best, if he has a friends psp with CFW on it.

Why dont you just run the program on ur CFW psp instead? Somehow, i have it where i have a pandora battery and when my memorystick is in the psp will turn on and if the memorystick isnt in it wont turn on at all. So i dont convert my battery back and forth all the time.
