Problem with CXMB and Homebrew

For some reason, when I have the CXMB plugin turned on, none of my homebrew works except for the theme selector.

double check the kernal you are using and if the theme is compatible with your firmware

Theres a program that patches your homebrew, the name of the program has slipped my mind right now...but you might want to try and give that a shot cause i know when you use certain themes it'll screw up your homebrew but when you use the homebrew patcher it fixes the problem. Sorry i cant be much more of a help but if i remember the name of the program i'll post back with it.
