Replacing missing XMB icon? Can it be done?

I am wondering if we can add or change EMUs that seem to have no cool XMB icon? Currently I have both gpSP and Daedalus and both have just a gray bland XMB icon. I wonder why the developer didn't add one to it? I see that on the Hombrew News page it has a cool lookin' icon (see below).



Let me know if this could be done and how? Thanks a million!
