emus in use with ver. 1.51
i just got a psp today, and when i turned it on i found that it was infact a version 1.51 
anyway i am a long time rom freak who would love this feature on my psp and i was
wondering if anyone knew anyway or anytime that emus for 1.51 would be available or maybe
a consumer way to downgrade?
any help would be much appreciated
