Doom

Hey all,

Trying to get some wad files working for Doom but keep hiting a brick wall.. When i select the wad i want and hit start i get the error message

M_Init: Init miscellaneous info.
R_Init: Init DOOM refresh daemon - W_GetNumForName: PNAMES not found!

Anyone know what i'm missing or what i'm doing wrong... Don't know if i can take any more beatings from the wall...

the original doom if you want to play that, has to be called DOOM.WAD all in cap, any others have to be called, DOOM2.WAD

Just after trying that. Renamed the .wad file to DOOM.WAD and still get the same error. Tried DOOM2.WAD and same thing again... Not sure if my wad files are the problem, do you know where i can get some that are known to work. I've tried looking around the psp-hacks.com site but can't find them...

Ok I've tried using the dehacked arsenal.deh file that comes with version 005 and i gets the same error. Me thinks i have fecked up with the installation maybe...
