psp change from 3.80 to a 1.50

does anybody know which website changes the firmware i have 3.80 and i live in california but i dont know were to get 1.50 so later i could get 3.40 OE

first off you need a downgrade. the best one out there right now is the pandoras battery that can install what ever firmware you need. if you intend to just go to 1.50 via sony software its just plain old not possible.

so just buy a pandoras battery of ebay
