MAME FOR PSP SLIM!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a slim with FW 3.90 m33. Please help anyone with a a direct link to a MAME emu that actually works. And by the way, i'm new and this is my first post. Hello everyone. And I did a search, didn't yield jack.

What is MAME?

A game system, old one.

Mainly an emu for arcade games of the past. Could anyone tell me how to get it read my rom files? Any type of converting i need to do? i have them all in zip format right now. And when i start it up it says doesn't see any games. what do i got to do? They are in the proper ROM file file as well.
