[REQUEST] EVE Online Theme for 3.52 M33-4

Can someone make an EVE Online theme for 3.52 M33-4?

[offtopic]Yep, this game is just too awesome. My character names are Temushi and Jae Seok. The first is for fighting but the second is for mining. =] [/offtopic]

I don't know any tutorials. Even if I did, I wouldn't be able to because it seems too complicated for me to make one. I googled for "how to make flash0 themes" but nothing showed up. =[
