has some extra options, most importantly it caches the images while you're looking at them, meaning while you're going back and forth or just looking around an image it doesn't have to load them up and be blurry first which is pretty useful.

plus the original viewer isnt good for reading manga. I have a hard time reading Manga on the origninal viewer, and i have excellent vison. But Jpeg viewer can make the pic slightly bigger without oversizing the pic. So hence making it easier for me to read.

Well, you have to options. Wait for the memory card converter, buy that, then buy a cheap memory card. Or you can go on ebay, find a card for 100 dollars (without shipping) and then use this coupon (CATLSP051500) for $15 off $100 when paying with pay-pal. I got my card for 88 dollars which I dont think is half bad a deal.

Anyone try out the new version recently? f**k brilliant, it's a bit sad Sony couldn't implement this into the PSP in the first place, but the ability to play mp3s while simultaneously viewing pictures is awesome. It also looks a bunch prettier.

if you have like 100s of Jpeg will it freeze up?

I dunno if I did it wrong or something but when I tried it and scrolled to my 100s and 100s of pics it just stoped and froze, had to turn off the PSP

That happened when I had a ton of pictures as well. I don't know about the new version. I'm using it but I don't have nearly as many pics as I had, only around 20 or so. It really is WAY better than Sony's as long as it runs with a lot of pics.
