Help with Neo CD emulator

I am trying to get the emulator to work...but I am having trouble. I am using v 0.5, and i have copied the neocd.bin bois file into the "Neocd_insert_roms_here" folder with the loading, startup, eboot, and neocdpsp.ini files.

I downloaded samurai spirits 4 and last blade 2, and tried both of them on the psp. the emulator works just fine except the files are showing up in the emulator menu...but when i go into the folders where the games are stored, there is nothing in them to make it run. both games have the mp3 files, cue, and iso files as well.

Does anyone know what might be causing the problem.

Ok...I am getting closer...I kind of figured it out....but there is a new problem.

When I try and boot the zip that I renamed "Neocd.zip" it gives me an error that says it couldn't open the IPL.TXT file twice..and then exits the emulator. Is this related to the emulator of to the rom? I have tried it with Magician Lord and Last Blade 2 and got it both times.

I tried it on v0.5 and 0.91 and got the same error.

i cvant get the newest neo geo emu to work on my 2.71 firware tiff laoder the emu loads up but i dont know where and how to set the roms up cant i get some help please

It has to be in .Zip.
