Can somebody please give me detailed step by step instructions on how to setup cygwin and toolchain. I really want to start programming for the psp..

Are you familiar with C? Anyways, heres two good places to use:

Use the second link for setting up the development environment, and the first for learning basic programming if you dont know how already.

I know how to program in c, or cpp I just need a compiler for the psp system
