u should have two folders in the PSP/GAME folder so for example heres irshell. PSP/GAME/irshell and another folder like this PSP/GAME/irshell%

Also, make sure they are in the correct naming convention. But I imagine what Devil said should fix it, you may still be running it like eloader style.
