Just Getting Started......

I just bought my PSP last night and i am now well aware that you can play roms on it.(hence this site) I need simple instructions on getting Nes and Snes emu stuff to work on my PSP. Also i read about firmware 1.5 is all that the Emu's are set up to work with right now, how do i get this firmware and what do i do with it once i get it. Basicly I need my hand held in figuring this out. I would appreciate some help! Thanks ahead of time.

Check under system settings to see if your psp is 1.5, after that, go to this post, it will tell you what to do.

terding and I had a long nite. I think the whole thing he wants to say is...

check you system settings for the firmware version. If you have 1.50 you are golden! If you have 1.51, 1.52 you will not currently be able to play homebrew .

The 2.0 firmware is being released in the next couple days for the US, so if you have 1.51, 1.52 i would do that. If you have 1.50 DO NOT UPGRADE! haha.

So... if you have 1.50 click home (above) and then select pack generator. Follow the instructions and you will have emus/programs/apps on your PSP!
