Just downloaded a game - How to make it work??

I recently downloaded Suikoden II. It's a rar-file containing two files, EBOOT.PBP and KEYS.BIN.

My PSP used to be 2.00, but a got a downgrader from this site, and downgraded it to 1.5.

I have tried creating a folder, PSP/GAME/Suikoden 2, and placing the files there. Then when I turn on my PSP and go to game, the walpaper changes to Suikoden II, just like it should, but when I try to run the game, I get the message "The game cannot be started. The data is corrupted"

What shall I do to fix this problem? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

1. You're firmware must be 3.02 OE-B. Use our downloads auto installer for 1.50 users..
Then after that, upgrade to 3.02 OE-B

2. The KEYS.BIN cannot be from Suikoden. It has to be from Hot Shots Golf 2. PM me for the correct file.

3. When placing you're two files in (once you have downloaded the correct ones) be sure you have a folder named SCUSXXXXX
(the x can be replaced by numbers) so it could be SCUS67435 or anything. It must be in a folder atleast.

If you have any problems pm me for further reference.

Its either that your NoUMD is enabled (disable it) or its disabled but you have a UMD in the slot.
For any case just take the UMD out, it does not require you to use UMD's.
Il make a list of ones that work.

did your suggestion.

tried mgs:po and burnout, it says: the game could not be started (80020321)

also, i used to have a game, metal gear acid, and it used to work fine on 2.71 mod. i recently upgraded to dark_alex 3.02 oeb and it doesnt want to work anymore. my other games work fine (like nfs carbon, etc.)

my psx games also work fine.

hi i have the same problem..i have 2.7 and using devhook0.44 to load downloaded games...

my problem is when i try to load the game burnout domination (loading from devhook0.44) it first shows the splash screen of psp, the one that shows before starting the game...but then it goes out to the main screen of the psp..

it does the same thing with the game transformers (the new one). Although it plays the game Call of Duty: Road to Victory just fine.

can anyone help me?
