How do I put things on my psp?

I want to put emulators and games on my psp v2.7. I've read through alot of different things to see if I could put things on with out a memory stick but it keeps confusing me, could some one help, please!!!!

upgrade to 2.71 and u can downgrade from there
Need help with emu's, Roms And Homebrew give me a pm or a post
