just to throw it in there if take your cover off (void warranty) you will notice were the copper pads under the analog stick board touch to the main board they rest on like a rubber pad with little copper wires running through it try to clean that off and make sure the marks in the rubber match the pads underneath and the top when you go to put it back together tighten your screws under the battery and and under the LCD screen on the bottom then turn on you psp goto web browser and move the analog stick it it move like its supposed to then tighten the 2 screws on the D-Pad side if not just shift the case up and down till you get the analog stick tracked right and double check you rubber found this trick out the when fixing some friends of mine who busted there screens and the analog stick was all wacky after putting in a new on for them
