Just got 3.03oe-C what do i do next?

I just finally got 3.03oe-c installed. I have been reading, that i no longer need devhook, So how would i then run an emulator that can only be used on 1.5. I am wondering if 1.5 wouldnt be my best bet. But i am sure i am over looking things and just need clarification.

turn off the psp... turn on the psp and hold r. when you get the funny blue screen go to configuration and change the "game folder home brew" option from 3.03 kernel to 1.50 kernel. than exit that menu and exit the recovery mode. the psp will come back on. than make sure you have any homebrew in the folder named game150 if you dont have that folder make it. its sopposed to be in the same place as the game folder. than all your home brew will work.
