N64 Emulator info

I have a quick question for some who may use a SNES emulator. Monkey 64 seems to have sound, but i have yet to find a rom that i can get to work on it to actually see. I have alot of issues, as soon as i boot up " Mario 64" it doesnt allow me to select a game. Daedalus is great, and works but no sound. I like to hear a little something as i play. In trying that emulator out, i found it was slightly choppy, but preformed well. What would be a good alternative, until the newest version comes out?

well daedalus R9 is going to be coming out very soon and its going to get a "big" speed increase and sound added so just wait until then. And your title is wrong snes isnt what your talking about, its n64
