Downgrade v3.03

Ok I've decided 2 try and downgrade. I've got a v3.03 btw. Just before I do some questions: Is it important that I find out the version of the MOBO before i dg? How do I find out which version it is ? And is there any way of telling if the gta:lc is v2.0 update and not 2.6 or whatever. I mean does it say somewhere on the box or in the serial number/release date or something. I can barely afford 1 if I get it wrong I don't think I'm getting a new game Please reply asap. Thanks

put the game in ur psp. turn on ur psp. DONT GO INTO THE GAME. wait like ten seconds. then under the game section a little symbol will say update 2.00

lol I know that. I was wondering if there;s some way of knowing before I actually buy the game. Is there something on the box or whatever... They won't let me test the game in the psp before I buy it.
