CAN I USE ANY CUSTOM FIRMWARE ON 3.11!! AND IS THERE ANY HOMEBREW GAMES I CAN PLAY IN 3.11 OR PROGAMS OR ANYTJING.........................

no... you need to downgrade. You cannot do anything at 3.11 as far as I'm concerned.

Please make your own thread next time, don't ask your own questions on someone elses thread. There isn't one particular best firmware. The most popular are 3.40OE-A and 3.51/3.52 M33.

wut r xmb's??

the xmb is just the main menu on the psp screen. right when you turn it on, the icons for video, game, music, photo and all that pop up. that menu is called the XMB. and the themes for it change the look of the icons and stuff.
