HELP!!!!

ive just flashed my psp with lolstation and ive lost all capability of loading games off my memory stick what can i do my firmware is 3.40 oe

Did you use the 3.40 one? You probably got the 3.10/3.30. You need to download the 3.40 and follow the readme.
