why cants

why cant some one make a gba emulator without the whole gba bios. its a pain getting them and harder putting them in the folders. i never got them working. why is it required?

I'm not entirely sure, but I know it helps make the emulator faster and more reliable. Dude, it's extremely easy to get the bios off a torrent site. Just download it once and stick it in the gpSP folder. Not hard at all, and you get a better emulator. That is unless you want a emulator that's worse then they are now.
