OK, first what firmware are you on. It HAS to be the one that it was made for. Different .RCO files are different for each firmware OE. You cannot use 303oe on 340 and vise versa.
Now then, If it its a top_menu_plugin.RCO file, for custom XMB icons,you open Recovery>advanced>open flash0 while your USB is lugged in> which will open it a USB memory drive, then you put the file in VSH>Resource, after saving your Resource folder. PM if you have questions.
