I guess technical degrees, certifications and more importantly KNOWHOW are optional to work there. F**king amazing.

Oh Que..These two posts about my experience only hit the surface :x

The next :

Manager:"The reason you are experiencing such high ping times could be a number of things..such as a firewall which we do not have control over because its on your computer.."

Me: "Thats kinda weird since Im not runnding this on my computer and better yet on my Xbox that doesnt have a firewall"

Manager: "All Xboxs run through a firewall, sir"

Me: "Then tell me exactly where is this firewall please"

Manager: "Our AT&T servers"

Me: "OH! so its AT&Ts Problem. Gotcha"

Manager: "No sir, its on your modem"

Me: "That statment contradicts your previous"

Manager: "No..thats nots not what i said"


It got to the point where I wanted to hang up them changing their story so many times.

If you get to know me, tell me something right the first time. Dont change it the 2nd..or I wont believe you

I spent 45 minutes trying to get AT&T to disable my internet on my iPhone. They wouldn't because I don't have the 3G plan.
So, the lady told me to update to the 3G plan which included internet so I could disable it. All I could say was WTFM8.
I kept telling the lady to let me speak to level 2 service or someone higher than her and she wouldn't let me. Finally, I told her I was going to hack my phone and manually disable the internet and she was like, "Whatever you think you need to do." So I was like, "So an AT&T representative is stating that I can unlock my iPhone? That would make it legal. Thank you." Then she wanted me to speak to someone higher up than her so I hung up. My girlfriend called up AT&T and within 2 minutes had my internet disabled on my phone.

AT&T just plain sucks.

They refuse to send us a bill for services. I know that if we don't make the effort to pay it will affect us adversely. I wish we had other options but we don't and AT&T knows this so their attitude is like "F**K YOU!"

This is what happens when business (corporations) get as big as government.
