I would be interested in hearing why ODST fails.

Final Fantasy 1-6 was for NES and SNES.

Nintendo has had enough damn final fantasies.

Funny but tbh all the great final fantasys are on Nintendo Consoles tbh.
and you cannot talk about 1-6 being on so many, Sony has had over 7, and 10 10-2...
Sony has enough bluddy Final Fantasy games.

I would die a little inside if Kingdom Hearts was a Wii exclusive, it has so much potential with the HD consoles.

i said "only" on those 2 consoles, it should be on the wii aswell...
its just the only decent final fantasy games that nintendo have made are on the Snes...
and i cant remember the last time or if you can make games for that type of emulator anymore.
U probaly can but meh, its like when arny went into politics i think he shouldof done both movies and politics, wouldof been amazing.

What are you talking about? Was I agreeing with you? I said I wished they were on "all" consoles - Wii included.

I haven't played a FF since 10, 13 is looking promising though.

Beat me up, I think ALL FF games suck!

They are pointless games with little if any continutity that have a recycled title that gives the illusion of choice but does not deliver. If the story determines that you fail that's it, you fail.

So what if you get to go up in level, yea it's cool to go up on level so what, get over it.

Some Final Fantasy games are good games. I think it's FF 3 that gives you the options to give your party "jobs" to level up so that you can specialize how you want to fight, which gives a lot of control for an RPG, especially older ones. The story is okay, game length is appropriate, and the game feels pretty personal.

There's also FF7, which I think is a good game, but people like that primarily because of the materia system and I think that's a pretty poorr reason to like a final fantasy game... especially since the "jobs" thing from FF3 or w/e one it is allows more customization than materia, but still it's "good".

I'd use Final Fantasy 9 as the best example of a solid Final Fantasy game. It has everything and delivers excellently. Good graphics, tons of content, a very involving storyline which makes you feel like you can relate to the characters, the perfect amount of "fantasy-like themes" without going crazy. It's just a great game. The artwork, dungeons, battle system etc. are all great and it even has a good card game.

you said to honest twice in one Sentence.

but honestly, i dont mind it being on sony. its been on (along with KH) nintendo and sony sytems for a long time. just cuz microsoft thinks it doesnt have enough games like "blinx the gay cat with a vacuum cleaner" doesnt mean they need to ruin a good game series with another system
Billy Mays is STILL my Hero.

I'm not 100% sure if FF3 was the job one, if its the one with the Magiks armour then yea it is, tbh though i liked FF3 the best just because of how long it lasted, and even if you completed it, there was still hours to play,
another big example of this is Chrono Trigger, you have the choice to complete the game basicly from outright, The game itsself is amazing and the fact it has so many extra parts is amazing. DPM as u told me u were playing it on DS how does it compare to the Snes one? Goes to every.
